Requirement
Requirements for Limited Liability Companies
- Complete an Account Opening Form
- Attach two (2) passport-sized photographs of each signatory
- Provide a valid ID for each signatory to the account
- Submit proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, sketch to the residence, etc.) of each signatory to the account
- Submit Business Registration Documents (Original/certified true copy)
- Board Resolution to open account signed by Chairman and Secretary (specimen letter available in-branch)
- Letter of introduction from auditors (specimen letter available in-branch)
- Application on company’s letterhead to open account signed by the managing director or authorized officers
- Specimen signatures of authorized signatories
- Company stamps/seal
- Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) Forms for the company and for each signatory to the account
Requirements for Sole Proprietorships/Enterprises
- Complete an Account Opening Form
- Attach two (2) passport-sized photographs of each signatory
- Provide a photo ID (Driver’s Licence or biometric Passport, National ID) for each signatory to the account
- Submit proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, sketch to the residence, etc.) of each signatory to the account
- Submit Business Registration Documents (Original/certified true copy)
- Where a current account is being opened, an introductory letter would be required from any of the following:
- A Imperia Bank current account holder
- A reputable individual of good standing (i.e. senior public office holder, recognized professionals, lawyers, doctors, accountants, senior banking officials, reputable religious leaders) – subject to verification/confirmation by the Bank
- Specimen signature of the signatory
- Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) Forms for the company and for each signatory to the account
Requirements for Societies/Clubs and Associations
- Complete an Account Opening Form
- Attach two (2) passport-sized photographs of each signatory
- Provide a valid ID for each signatory to the account
- Submit proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, sketch to the residence, etc.) of each signatory to the account
- Certificate of registration – (If any)
- Constitution/by-laws
- Resolution by the general body or members to open account signed by chairman and secretary
- Where a current account is being opened, an introductory letter would be required from any of the following:
- A Imperia Bank current account holder
- A reputable individual of good standing (i.e. senior public office holder, recognized professionals, lawyers, doctors, accountants, senior banking officials, reputable religious leaders) – subject to verification/confirmation by the Bank

Requirements for Partnerships
- Complete an Account Opening Form
- Attach two (2) passport-sized photographs of each signatory
- Provide a valid ID for each signatory to the account
- Submit proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, sketch to the residence, etc.) of each signatory to the account
- Submit Business Registration Documents (Original/certified true copy)

Requirements for Joint Entitles
- Complete an Account Opening Form
- Attach two (2) passport-sized photographs of each signatory
- Provide a valid ID for each signatory to the account
- A valid resident permit is required for the non-European resident in Europe (To be confirmed by the Bank)
- Submit proof of residence (e.g. utility bill, sketch to the residence, etc.) of each signatory to the account
- Where a current account is being opened, an introductory letter would be required from any of the following:
- A Imperia Bank current account holder
- Employers
- A reputable individual of good standing (i.e. senior public office holder, recognized professionals, lawyers, doctors, accountants, senior banking officials, reputable religious leaders) – subject to verification/confirmation by the Bank
- Complete “Know Your Customer (KYC)” Form

- Complete an Account Opening Form
