Requirement

  • Complete an Opening Form.
  • Attach a passport-sized photograph.
  • Provide a valid ID Card.
  • Residential address.
  • Directional sketch to the residence of staff and proof of residence address (e.g. utility bills or current tenancy agreement), i.e. if staff does not reside in a bungalow or house provided by the university on the campus.
  • Foreign nationals shall provide the following (mandatory):
  1. Valid Passport
  2. Residence Permit
  3. Work Permit
  4. Non-European Card from National Identification Authority.
  5. Letter of Introduction from the university.
